As temperatures rise and humidity becomes almost unbearable, it's important to keep your body cool and hydrated. We’re all aware of the importance of drinking water, but did you know that:

This will cool down your blood as is passes through you body. Or have you ever tried a cooling footbath? Just add 2-5 drops of pure essential oil of peppermint to a footbath of cold water.
